libdocument: Add EvAnnotation API using GdkRGBA

GdkColor using one.

This is full of deprecated code and wasn't displaying properly. Replace it with
a gtk_cell_renderer_toggle_new() which uses a standard themed checkbox widget
and should display properly in HiDPI.
