To validate the manual:
  xmllint --noout --relaxng /usr/share/xml/docbook5/schema/rng/5.0/docbook.rng help/C/index.docbook
  jing /usr/share/xml/docbook5/schema/rng/5.0/docbook.rng help/C/index.docbook
  yelp-check validate help/C/index.docbook
