The replacement functions are available since 2.18
GTK_WIDGET_HAS_FOCUS -> gtk_widget_has_focus
GTK_WIDGET_VISIBLE -> gtk_widget_get_visible
GTK_WIDGET_SET_FLAGS -> gtk_widget_set_*
