replace docbook link with xref and fix a linkend attribute (#30)
This commit replaces link linkend with xref linkend, for cross-references to other parts of the manual, working around the yelp bug that most probably makes these cross-references nonfunctional. It also corrects a linkend attribute: gospanel-3 to bottom-panel in gosoverview.xml.
